Welcome to Cuppino! These are the terms for shopping at our online store at cuppino.se. If you have questions about a product, delivery, or order, you are always welcome to email us at info@cuppino.se.
1. About Cuppino and these terms
Cuppino is operated by GGMR AB, which is your contracting party for purchases made in the online store.
- Company name: GGMR AB
- Trading name: Cuppino
- Organization number: 559479-3795
- VAT number: SE559479379501

These terms of sale apply when you shop as a private individual in our online store. You must be at least 18 years old, or have your guardian's consent, to make a purchase. Credit purchases require you to be at least 18 years old.
We comply with applicable consumer protection law, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory law.
2. Order and order confirmation
Before completing your order, you can review and change the items in your cart as well as your contact and delivery details. When you complete your order, you accept these terms of sale and the payment obligation shown at checkout.
The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation to the email address you provided. The confirmation includes details about the items, the price, and delivery. Please keep it and contact us if any information is incorrect or if the confirmation does not arrive. We will also send you the terms that apply to your purchase in a format you can save.
If an ordered item cannot be delivered after all, we will contact you. We will not substitute it with another item without your approval. If the purchase of that item is cancelled, we will refund what you paid for it and any shipping cost that must be refunded by law.
3. Prices and payment
Prices for the Swedish market are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Any shipping and other fees are shown before you complete your order. The total amount is shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
The payment methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout. If a payment provider has special terms, for example for invoice or installment payments, you will be shown those terms before you choose that payment method.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an already concluded contract. In the case of an obvious pricing error that you noticed or should have noticed, we will contact you to resolve the situation in accordance with applicable law. We will never charge a higher price without your approval.
4. Discounts and offers
The validity period and any restrictions for discount codes and offers are stated in the relevant offer. This also states whether the discount can be combined with other offers and whether a minimum order value is required.
For refunds, we use the price you actually paid for the affected items.
5. Delivery and shipping
We deliver within Sweden. Delivery to other EU countries is offered when shown at checkout or agreed with us before ordering. Available delivery methods, costs, and delivery times are shown before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping is stated in the offer and at checkout.
We use carriers including DHL and PostNord. The carrier and delivery method that applies to your order is shown in the delivery information. When a trackable shipment is sent, you will receive information on how to track it.
The delivery time stated at purchase applies to your order. If no delivery time has been agreed, delivery should take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract was formed.
We are responsible for the item during transport until you, or someone you have designated, has received it. If a shipment is lost or damaged during transport with a carrier we offer, contact us and we will handle the matter.
In case of delayed delivery, you have the right to demand delivery and withhold payment to the extent permitted by law. You may also have the right to cancel the purchase and receive compensation under the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us if delivery is delayed, and we will help you further.
6. Uncollected packages and incorrect delivery information
Please check that your delivery and contact details are correct and collect your package within the time stated in the carrier's notice. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help or discover an error in the details.
Not collecting a package is not in itself considered notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Let us know clearly if you want to withdraw from or cancel the purchase.
If the package is returned because it was not collected or due to incorrect information you provided, we may request compensation for reasonable, actual costs for return transport and handling, to the extent permitted by law. We can provide a breakdown of costs on request. We will not charge such compensation if the return is due to us or if you have the right to cancel the purchase due to our delivery delay.
7. Cancellation before delivery
You have the right to cancel an order before it has been delivered to you. Email info@cuppino.se as soon as possible and please include your order number. We will try to stop the shipment if it has not yet been sent.
In case of cancellation, we may only claim compensation for costs and losses to the extent permitted by the Consumer Sales Act. If you instead use your statutory right of withdrawal, the rules in the next section apply.
8. Right of withdrawal
When the right of withdrawal applies
You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases in the online store, without needing to give a reason. The period is counted from the day after you, or someone you have designated, receives the item. If items in the same order are delivered separately, the period is counted from the day after the last item is received.
Long-life food items such as olive oil, honey, and preserves are normally covered by the right of withdrawal. The fact that an item is a food product does not in itself exempt it.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire. It also does not apply to a sealed item that is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if you have broken the seal. For food items, this can for example apply when a protective seal on a bottle or jar has been broken and the item therefore cannot be safely returned.
Opening the outer shipping box does not mean you lose your right of withdrawal. Any exceptions for a specific product are stated before purchase. The exceptions do not affect your right to make a complaint about a faulty item.
How to notify us that you are withdrawing
Send a clear message to info@cuppino.se or to our postal address within the withdrawal period. Please include your name, order number, and which items you wish to return. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise the right of withdrawal.
You may also use the standard form at the end of these terms. Using the form is optional.
Return and return cost
Send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.
Return address:
GGMR AB / Cuppino
Gregersgatan 5B
215 66 Malmö
Sweden
You pay the direct cost of return shipping when withdrawing from a correctly delivered purchase. Please pack the items carefully, especially bottles and glass jars. Using the original packaging is recommended but not a general requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal; please keep your drop-off receipt.
If you have handled an item more than necessary to establish its nature or function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the actual decrease in value, when the legal requirements are met.
Refund
We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may wait until we have received the items back or you have shown that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the extra cost will not be refunded. For a partial return, any delivery cost will be refunded to the extent required by law.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. We do not charge any fee for the refund.
9. Complaints and transport damage
If an item is faulty, damaged, missing, or does not match your order, contact us at info@cuppino.se. Please include your order number and describe the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, as well as batch number and date, can help us investigate, but are not a general condition for making a complaint.
You have the right to make a complaint about original defects for up to three years after receiving the item. The complaint should be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. A notice given within two months of discovering the defect is always considered timely.
For food items, the defect is assessed considering, among other things, the item's shelf life and storage instructions. Normal deterioration after the expected shelf life is not in itself an original defect. Please check items promptly and contact us quickly if something seems wrong. Your statutory rights do not automatically end simply because a best-before date has passed.
Defects that appear within two years are presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise or the presumption is incompatible with the nature of the item or the defect. This is especially relevant for items with a short shelf life.
For an approved complaint, we will help you with a replacement item or a refund, taking into account your statutory rights. We cover necessary return and shipping costs. Do not send back a suspected unsafe food item before receiving instructions from us, and do not consume food that appears damaged or unfit for consumption.
10. Product information and storage
Information about, among other things, ingredients, allergens, quantity, and storage can be found on the product page and on the packaging. Follow the storage instructions, even after opening.
Handcrafted products may have natural variations in color, taste, and texture between different harvests and production batches. Such variations do not affect our responsibility for the item matching the information we have provided and meeting agreed and statutory requirements.
11. Personal data and Shopify
We process personal data for, among other things, orders, payments, deliveries, and customer service. Read more about how data is handled and what rights you have in our Privacy Policy.
The online store uses Shopify as its technical platform. Your purchase contract is formed with GGMR AB, not with Shopify. GGMR AB is responsible to you for the items we sell and for handling questions about your order.
12. Use of the website
You may use the website to learn about our products and place orders. You may not use it for fraud, to spread harmful code, to attempt unauthorized access, or to disrupt the website's function.
Text, images, logos, and other material are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Use that requires the rights holder's permission may only take place with such permission.
If you have a customer account, you are responsible for protecting your login details and for contacting us if you suspect unauthorized use. Any restriction of access to the website does not affect your rights regarding purchases already made.
13. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first if something has not turned out as you expected, so we can try to find a solution.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and request that the dispute be reviewed, provided the matter meets the Board's requirements. ARN's postal address is Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
You can also get guidance from the Swedish Consumer Agency or your local municipal consumer guidance office. A dispute can also be reviewed by a competent court.
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another country and are covered by mandatory consumer protection rules there, the choice of law does not limit the protection you are entitled to. Your statutory right to have a dispute reviewed by a competent court is not affected.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version you received at the time of purchase applies to your order. Changes do not apply retroactively to already concluded contracts.
Standard withdrawal form
Only complete and send this form if you wish to withdraw from a purchase. You may also send your own clear message.
